Heather Ross is brillant. We love this free pattern she has available online. This is a perfect first dress and it is so comfy you will want to wear it all summer long! This dress uses elastic thread to create a "smocking" top that assures a great fit on all bodies.
Basic Sewing skills required.
Requires 2 1/2 yds lightweight cotton fabric and 2 yds bias tape or ribbon for straps
